No fees are passed on to the Promoter to use the TrinityTickets solution, including merchant fees, setup fees or annual fees of any kind. There are no contracts. |
Patrons will pay a low convenience fee based on the rates below. These fees may either be added to the ticket price, or built in and charged back to the promoter at reconciliation.
There are no order processing fees. Mailing tickets is an optional service, with a $1.00 charge to the patron. Print@Home delivery option is free. Optional toll-free phone service is available.(Call Center fees will apply)
Promoters will have 24/7 access to real time reports, patron data and ticket buyer/will call reports.
General Admission or Reserved Seating is offered. With a full scale seating chart.
Reconciliation Checks will be issued once a week on Mondays at the discretion of Trinity Tickets.
